" I've recently finished a "Certificate of Completion" in
the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) developed by Gary
Craig.
EFT is described as an "accupressure
for the emotions." It uses a tapping sequence and affirmations
to balance our energy and to restore our natural flow.
According to Gary Craig, "The cause
of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy
system."
I'm excited about integrating the training
I've received with other resources such as "Brain Gym" and
Energy Psychology to fine tune how our mind, body, emotions
and spirit work together so that we are in alignment and connected
to our deepest Source of Energy.
